Report a defective product

I purchased Shake and Bake coating mix and there were no plastic bags included in the package. This product was purchased at a Fred Meyer(Kroger) market with a nearly $5.00 price tag and was unable to use the product with thawed pork chops but no bags. I have purchased this product on numerous occasions in the past and when I went to contact the alleged 24 hour Customer Service line I was asked if I would like to review their GMO information. Very bad service. But the website for shareholders is quite extensive!

I have an unopened bottle of Kraft Heinz ketchup and it was very very dark in color and tasted like barbecue sauce. The label was not put on completely square but was someone ask you.

Purchased breakstone 2% small curd cottage cheese. Paid premium price. Found product to be grossly inferior to lower-cost alternatives, due to soupy consistency with minimal curds. Very unappetizing. I see many complaints online related to this problem. I suspect the company has found water can be cheap ingredient!

poor quality

I am a constant consumer of crystal light liquid (strawberry Lemonade). There seems to be no control test being done on these. As each bottle tastes a little different, some have a lot of lemonade with tiny strawberries, and some are overpowering with strawberries and little lemonade. It would be nice if the mixture were more consistent. We have three members in our house that use this product, and we buy roughly 12 bottles per week; the lack of consistency of the product has me looking for a replacement.

Complaint

I love all of your Taco Bell products and even drive to other towns to purchase them. For 2 years now, Im guessing on the exact date, every single box of Taco Bell 12 count Crunchy Taco Shells that I have purchased, at least the first 4 shells are broken.

This has happened since you took out the tiny cardboard wedge in the first shell. Im tired of spending my hard earned money to continually be shorted shells that I can make a taco out of. I have never written a complaint to any company in my life but this is ridiculous not to mention the money it costs me because I cant use them. I make tacos 3 times a week.

It adds up believe me! I buy everything Taco Bell that you make. Can you please put that tiny piece of cardboard back in? I know this happens to EVERY consumer that purchases these shells.

Please contact me and let me know if there are any plans to rectify this problem. You make awesome products but why not do your loyal consumers right?

Product complaint

Heinz 7g Ketchup Packets: My employer recently purchased a case of 750 7g. packets of Heinz Tomato Ketchup at Restaurant Depot in Hartford, Ct. The packets were used at a charity event and over 1/2 (half) of the packets were empty. What a clever way to cheat your customers. I have saved the empty packets. I wonder just how many cases were filled and how many restaurant owners were cheated in the same way. The news channels would love this story!
